Career Coaching
We use self-assessment tools such as Career Leader, Career Anchors and MBTI to inform our coaching sessions which we do using skype or in-person. For students on the Executive Master’s programme we are also able to debrief 360 reports and incorporate the learning from these into our work with the student. We work with business schools and alumni organisations and most of our private client base comes from referrals from business school alumni
CV reviews
We review the content of CVs to ensure they are positioned correctly for the recruiters your students and alumni wish to target. An increasing number of on-line tools are available to help with the format and layout of CVS but we believe it requires a critical eye to see how the content can be improved and to highlight what is missing after these tools have been used. We have reviewed thousands of CVs over the 15 years we have been doing this and offer:
- 15 minute review on skype for 1 page CV
- 30 minute review for a 2 page CV

“Train-the-MBAs”
We work with “student leaders” to train them in running peer-peer interview simulations for their cohort. A half day-training session with a demo and then some peer-peer practice is typically used as a cost effective way of improving student skill levels
Interview simulations
We interview and provide structured feedback on how your students perform at Interview using either your frameworks or we can bring our own. We typically do this in person in 2 hour sessions with groups of 3 or 4 students but are also able to offer one-on-one feedback for more senior participants. And we have also incorporated video to add an additional dimension to the feedback.
