Leadership Development Programmes

We develop tailor-made Leadership Development Programmes for organisations using flexible modular approaches which can be adjusted to suit modest budgets and can be combined with coaching as required.

Experiential learnings in a classroom environment will be used with project-based learning and feedback to develop both leadership and project management skills. We can use MBTI Step II, MBTI for Teams, Strengthsfinder and Firo-B among other psychometric tools to create enjoyable but lasting learning through increased self-awareness.

For those organisations looking to introduce coaching skills to their managers and future leaders, we can also develop and deliver a customised programme on coaching skills which introduces simple coaching frameworks and allows participants to practice their coaching in a safe environment using relevant scenarios.

Feedback coaching

We can debrief 360 feedback and other assessments in one-off feedback coaching assignments of up to 3 hours in length to support executives in the development of personal development goals and actions plans.

Executive Coaching

We develop a tailor-made programme for individuals within organisations to support them in their new roles or in performance management situations.
